1. shipping methods and times

At Striix Nutrition, we are committed to ensuring that your order is delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. 

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Orders shipped using this method will typically arrive within 3-7 business days after processing.
  • Express Shipping: Orders shipped using this method will typically arrive within 2-3 business days after processing.
  • New Zealand: Orders shipped using this method will typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days after processing.
  • International Shipping: International Shipping: For our international customers, unfortunately we do not currently offer international shipping. We are currently working on this! So sign up to our emails to make sure you can stay up to date.

Please note that shipping and processing times may vary depending on the availability of the product, your location and courier performance — especially during peak sales periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method you select and the destination of your order. During the checkout process, you will be provided with the exact shipping cost for your order.

3. order processing times

1. Orders are processed in 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 2-3 business days of their arrival in stock.

 

2. Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

 

3. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at info@striixnutrition.com. We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

 

4. Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

4. tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number/link via email, allowing you to monitor the status and location of your package. Make sure to check your spam folder or reach out to info@striixnutrition.com. 

5. shipping restrictions

Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information during the checkout process. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • Shipping may be delayed or unavailable to certain remote areas. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss alternative shipping options.
  • Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team at Striix Nutrition within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory resolution.

6. lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us at info@striixnutrition.com. We'll chase it down for you, but please note, we cannot control courier delays once it leaves our warehouse.

7. damaged or missing items

We inspect every order before it leaves the warehouse. If something arrives damaged or missing, email us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.

Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must have purchased directly from striixnutrition.com
  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
  • You’ll need proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)

How It Works

  2. Our team will confirm your eligibility.
     
  3. Once your return is approved, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method.
    • Allow 5–7 business days for processing. 

Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges.
If you ordered the wrong product, return it (unopened) and place a new order for the correct one.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

We inspect every order before it leaves the warehouse.
If something arrives damaged or missing, email us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll make it right.

 

Exceptions

We can’t refund:

  • Products not purchased through striixnutrition.com 
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Gift cards or promotional items

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
