Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
- You must have purchased directly from striixnutrition.com
- Your request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
- You’ll need proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)
If you are not satisfied in 30 days we will give you a full refund on your first order. No questions asked and you can also keep the product. Simple. Stress Free. Feel the results or your money back.
How It Works
- Email info@striixnutrition.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will confirm your eligibility.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method.
- Allow 5–7 business days for processing.
Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges.
If you ordered the wrong product, return it (unopened) and place a new order for the correct one.
Damaged or Missing Items
We inspect every order before it leaves the warehouse.
If something arrives damaged or missing, email us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll make it right.
Exceptions
We can’t refund:
- Products not purchased through striixnutrition.com
- Items returned after 30 days
- Gift cards or promotional items
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
